Yes, you will have access to our private parent portal, where we will upload photos and highlights from each day of the camp. You will also receive notifications of any important updates or changes directly, keeping you informed throughout your child's stay.

Yes, children will have access to their mobile phones at designated times throughout the camp. We organize these phone calls at the best moments to ensure they can stay in touch with family while also enjoying their camp experience without disruption.

Yes, we have first aid-trained staff available at all times, as well as a medical team on-site, including doctors, nurses, and medical support staff. The camp has an onsite medical center and pharmacy for any medical needs. In case of an emergency, the camp is located just 10 minutes from the local hospital and emergency department (A&E).

Yes, insurance is included for all participants. Public liability insurance covers accommodation, campus facilities, catering, and sports areas. Passenger liability insurance and public liability insurance are also included for airport transfers and excursions.
