ENGLISH YES YOU CAN: A World of Choice at Dinner

At English Yes You Can, we know that a healthy body fuels a healthy mind - especially during a summer of discovery at the University of Stirling. For over 10 years, we’ve been dedicated to providing a balanced, joyful experience, and our dinner menus are a highlight - packed with variety and choice.

Every night, our students dine in a bright, spacious hall, overlooking the tranquil lake and lush nature of Stirling. What sets us apart is the sheer freedom our students have - they don’t just follow one set menu; every day, there are multiple options. They get to choose from a rich selection - no matter the day, the variety is phenomenal.

When we go on excursions off campus, we also explore the local cuisine. In a nearby small town, we enjoy traditional fish and chips, which are famous in the area. During our trips, students also get to try classic local dishes. In addition, on our party nights, we celebrate with pizzas, ensuring a great balance between traditional and more casual food options.

Below, you will find an example of the menu we offer at the camp. It is important to note that this menu is from 2025 and is provided as an example of the variety we offer.

Friday | Crispy battered fish with tartar sauce and lemon | Mac ‘n’ cheese with baked garlic bread | Chipped potatoes, peas and sweetcorn |
Saturday | Sweet and sour chicken with noodles | Vegetable quesadilla with guacamole and salsa | Sauté potatoes, stir-fried vegetables |
